How your shipment count works

Your plan includes a monthly allowance of audited shipments. Here's exactly what that means, so there are no surprises.

What counts

A "shipment" is one consignment we audit — one route, weight, and set of charges. One invoice usually contains several shipments, and we check each one separately. Your count goes up by the number of shipments we audit, not the number of files you upload.

When the count goes up

A shipment counts once we reach a verdict on it — whether we found an overcharge, confirmed the charges were correct, or had no contracted rate to compare against. A clean result still counts, because the audit still ran (and confirming you weren't overcharged is part of what you're paying for).

What does not count

Resets

Your count resets at the start of each billing month. You can always see your live usage as "X of Y shipments" in the app. If you're approaching your limit we'll warn you well before — we never hard-block or surprise-bill; extra work simply parks until you upgrade or release it.
