About Oracron

Built to fix a problem
most companies quietly accept.

Freight carriers overbill. Not always by design — tariff complexity, manual processes, and weight discrepancies create errors on both sides. But without automated checking, those errors stay invisible. Oracron makes them visible.

The problem we solve

Most logistics finance teams audit freight invoices manually — spot-checking a sample, matching reference numbers by hand, and escalating disputes through email. It is slow, error-prone, and only catches a fraction of what is actually wrong.

The industry average overcharge rate sits between 3 % and 8 % of total freight spend. For a company moving €2 million in freight per year, that is up to €160,000 left on the table — every year.

Oracron automates the entire audit pipeline: PDF extraction, rate matching, weight verification, and overcharge flagging. Every invoice. Every line item. In minutes, not days.

What Oracron is

An audit engine

Every invoice line is matched against your contracted rate table. Weight, surcharges, fuel levies — all checked automatically, not sampled.

A data extractor

AI-powered PDF parsing reads carrier invoices in any format — Schenker, Hellmann, DHL, and dozens more — with pre-built extraction profiles.

An intelligence layer

The platform learns from every decision your team makes. Mapping rules, carrier patterns, and overcharge signals improve automatically over time.

What Oracron is not

We think honesty about scope matters more than marketing breadth.

Not a TMS. We don't manage shipments, bookings, or carrier communication. We audit the invoice after the freight moves.
Not a carrier portal. Oracron is a shipper-side tool. We work for the company paying the invoice, not the company issuing it.
Not a marketplace. We don't earn commissions from carriers. We don't resell your freight data. Our only revenue is the subscription your team pays.
Not vaporware. Oracron is live and auditing real invoices for real logistics companies today. The platform is production-grade, not a prototype.

The company behind it

Oracron is a product of Global Link Ventures LLC, a Wyoming-based software company focused on logistics and trade finance automation. The platform was built by a team with hands-on experience in international freight operations, specifically the gap between what carriers charge and what contracts say they should.

We are a small, focused team. That means decisions happen fast, the product moves quickly, and when you contact us you reach someone who actually works on the product — not a support tier.

Our infrastructure runs exclusively in the EU (AWS eu-west-1, Ireland). We are built for GDPR by design, not by retrofit. Data you upload stays in your organisation's isolated tenant — we cannot access it without explicit permission.

Founder & Managing Director

Senior logistics and supply-chain executive with over 30 years of operational and consulting experience across freight forwarding, industrial manufacturing logistics, automotive service-parts, aerospace customer development, customs consulting, aviation security, and freight-cost optimisation.

George built Oracron out of direct frustration with the opacity of carrier invoicing — and the absence of tools that could match the complexity of real-world freight charge structures.

Built on Arrow SCM expertise

Oracron is the software expression of Arrow SCM — a specialist logistics consulting firm with deep, hands-on experience running transport cost audits for mid-size and enterprise shippers across Europe and Asia. Arrow SCM consultants have spent years inside client operations: reviewing carrier contracts, benchmarking rate cards, analysing invoice discrepancies, and identifying structural overpayments that standard finance teams never see.

That consulting practice built a precise, repeatable audit methodology — an 8-stage engagement framework covering carrier management, rate benchmarking, network design, inbound orchestration, incoterm analysis, KPI & reporting, systems & data, and spend analysis. Oracron encodes that methodology into software: the same diagnostic logic that Arrow SCM consultants apply manually, now running automatically against your invoice data.

Carrier management

Contract gaps, performance accountability, tender strategy

Rate benchmarking

Surcharge analysis, rate card accuracy, market positioning

Invoice audit

Line-by-line validation, overbilling detection, dispute evidence

Network & spend

Lane optimisation, inbound orchestration, incoterm review

Arrow SCM operates from a structured client engagement portal — from qualification and document collection through workshop, analysis, and deliverables. Oracron automates the most time-intensive part of that process: reading every invoice line and telling you immediately what was charged, what should have been charged, and what to do about it.
