Commission is calculated on cash actually collected by Oracron (not on contracted ARR). You earn 20% in year one per client (25% at Country Lead), then a renewal share of 10% in year two and 7.5% from year three onward while you actively manage the account. Payments are monthly, sent by the 15th of the following month. No receivables risk — if a customer doesn't pay, the commission isn't accrued.

Once you reach Country Partner tier and maintain a minimum ARR threshold, you gain conditional country exclusivity — meaning Oracron won't appoint another active Country Partner for your country. This is conditional on maintaining the agreed pipeline activity. Direct sales by Oracron to inbound leads in your country continue as normal.

You get a dedicated sandbox workspace equivalent to the Professional plan. You can upload and audit invoices for your client engagements, access the full rate-validation and dispute module, and use it to demonstrate value to prospective clients. Client data stays isolated to your workspace and is governed by the consultant agreement.

No fees and no minimum. Joining the partner network is free. Country Partners are expected to maintain active pipeline; Consultants are expected to provide product feedback. Both commitments are lightweight and written into the one-page agreement.

First-registration wins. Register the company in your partner portal and you own the 120-day attribution window. If the same domain is already registered by another partner, you'll see a conflict message — we resolve those personally. Inbound leads from our own marketing that we hand off to you are pre-registered under your name.
