No. Oracron is a flat-fee subscription with no success fee. Unlike contingency or gain-share freight auditors, who keep 20–50% of the overcharges they recover, every euro Oracron recovers stays with the customer — you keep 100%.

What does Oracron cost?

Oracron offers six plans, billed per audited shipment: Free (€0 demo, 10 audited shipments LIFETIME cap — see recoverable € but dispute-letter generation is gated), Core (€199/month or €1,990/year, 50 shipments/month, Recovery Guarantee), Professional (€499/month, 150 shipments), Growth (€999/month, 350 shipments, API access), Scale (€1,999/month, 750 shipments, unlimited carriers), and Enterprise (custom shipment allowance). Every shipment is checked — you keep 100% of what we find. All paid plans include rate validation, dispute management, and EU or US data residency. No setup fees or long-term contracts.

Is there a free trial for Oracron?

Yes. Oracron offers a Free demo tier with 10 audited shipments — no credit card required. The 10-shipment cap is LIFETIME, not per month: it is a capped demo to let you see the recoverable € before committing to a paid plan. Dispute letter generation and recovery are gated on Core (€199/month).

Can I upgrade or downgrade my Oracron plan at any time?

Yes. Plan changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. There are no cancellation fees or long-term commitments on Core, Professional, Growth or Scale plans. Enterprise plans have custom terms.

What is included in the Oracron Starter plan?

The Professional plan (€499/month) includes 150 audited shipments per month, all carrier profiles, automated fee-code mapping, rate table validation, the review queue, dispute letter generation, CSV export, and EU or US data residency. It supports one organisation with 2 included users (additional seats €39/user/month).

Does Oracron offer discounts for annual billing?

Yes. Annual billing on Professional (€4,990/year) and Scale (€19,900/year) gives you two months free vs the monthly rate, plus an annual shipment pool that smooths seasonal spikes (Professional 1,800 shipments/year, Scale 7,800 shipments/year). No. Oracron is a flat subscription. Unlike contingency auditors who keep 20–50% of recoveries, every euro Oracron recovers stays with you.

What's a "shipment"? ↓

A shipment is one consignment Oracron audits — one route, weight, and set of charges. A single invoice usually contains several shipments, and each one is checked separately. You're billed for audits performed, not for files uploaded or charge lines. Shipments that fail to process, duplicates, and credit notes don't count toward your allowance. Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time? ↓

Yes. You can upgrade immediately — the new plan takes effect right away and you're billed pro-rata for the remainder of the month. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. There's no lock-in on monthly plans.

Do I need to upload my carrier contracts to use rate validation? ↓

Yes — rate validation works by comparing extracted charges against rate tables you upload. If no rate is on file, the charge is flagged for manual review rather than auto-approved. We provide a simple CSV import format to get your rates in quickly.

My IT department restricts outbound API calls. Can Oracron still work for us? ↓

Yes. Enterprise customers can use our switchbox delivery model — we push processed results to a neutral encrypted endpoint, and your system polls it on its own schedule. No inbound connections required. Contact us to discuss the options.
